I Agree With Terrell Owens?
Who'd a thunk that TO and I would be of like mind when it came to Michael Vick. I'm not condoning what Vick did nor am I even that familiar with him as a QB, but the man spent nearly 2 years in the federal pen. He did the crime, served the time and now should be allowed to resume his livelihood. I don't even necessarily view jail as serving either a rehabilitative or punitive function, but the bottom line is that he should not continue to be punished by various factions. It's ridiculous that the NFL seems to be taking a harder line against a dog fighter than players who drive drunk and/or recklessly and kill people, but then neither serve jail time nor are barred from playing.
